What we require…

  • Great interest in marine biology
  •  Valid lifeguard license
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • At least 1 month available in May, June, July, September, or October

As an intern at UNIMARE, your main job would be to support the biologists and overall team with lectures, marine explorations, labs, and other hands-on activities. A typical working day consists of seven working hours. During morning sessions, you would assist with preparation of the classroom, welcoming in students, lecture information, and guided snorkeling trips. For the afternoon sessions, the main focus would be assisting in biologist chosen laboratory activities and a second guided snorkeling trip. For this position, it is vital to have an open mind, love of nature, and an attitude that is excited by and passionate about learning!
